Job Title: Area Manager – Retail & Project (Railing)

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle retail and project sales for railing products.
- Develop business with dealers, architects, builders, and contractors.
- Identify current business opportunities and generate leads.
- Manage client relationships and follow up on ongoing projects.
- Achieve sales targets and expand market presence in the assigned area.
Requirements:
- Experience in railing, architectural hardware, or building materials.
- Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to develop dealer networks and manage project sales.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
