JOB ROLE:

To handle Sales of Office Partition Systems - Aluminium Demountable Systems,

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Sales & Business Development:

- Generate leads for office partition, system windows projects in Navi Mumbai, Thane, mumbai, Panvel, mumbai 3.0

- Meet Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, PMC, Corporate Admins daily (5-6 meetings/day)

- coordinate with estimation team to Prepare quotations, BOQ, Techno-commercial proposals

1. Site & Technical:

- Take site measurements, understand client layout

- Coordinate with design & execution team for 2D drawings & 3D

- Aluminium Glass Partition, Demountable Partition

1. Client Handling:

- Follow-up from enquiry to closing

- Handle small projects Rs. 15 Lakhs to Rs. 50 Lakhs independently

- Build long-term relations with top 50 architects of Mumbai

1. Reporting:

- Daily sales report, pipeline in Excel/CRM

- Target: Rs. 25-35 Lakhs/month order booking

REQUIREMENTS:

- 2- 5 Years experience in Interior Fitout / Office Furniture / Partition/ Glass - MUST

- Must have existing architect / contractor contacts in Mumbai

- Knows AutoCAD reading (not mandatory to draw), BOQ, measurement

- Own Bike + License mandatory

- Positive communication in English + Hindi + Marathi

- Local candidate from Navi Mumbai / Thane preferred

- Do you have 2–5 years of sales experience in office partitions, aluminium/glass systems, interior fit-out, or office furniture?
- Do you have existing professional contacts among architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, or PMC companies in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai?
- Do you have hands-on sales experience with aluminium glass partitions, demountable office partitions, or system windows?
- Can you read AutoCAD drawings, take site measurements, understand BOQs, and coordinate quotations with the estimation team?
- Can you independently manage sales enquiries, client meetings, negotiations, follow-ups, and project closures for projects valued at ₹15 lakh–₹50 lakh?
- Do you own a bike and hold a valid driving licence for daily client visits and site meetings?
- Are you comfortable communicating professionally in English, Hindi, and Marathi?
- Are you comfortable conducting 5–6 client meetings or site visits daily across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, and Panvel?
- Can you confirm that your expected monthly salary is within the advertised range of ₹35,000–₹50,000, plus incentives and petrol allowance?
