Finance & Accounts Manager – FBS Experience: 10–12 years Reporting: CFO / Finance Head

Role Summary

Responsible for end-to-end finance, accounting, MIS, compliance, cash flow and commercial finance for a high-growth D2C/e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities

- Own monthly closing, P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and MIS.
- Manage accounting and reconciliation across D2C website, marketplaces, payment gateways and COD.
- Drive revenue, inventory, COGS, returns, discounts and marketplace settlement reconciliations.
- Prepare channel/SKU-level profitability and contribution-margin analysis.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting and monthly variance analysis.
- Own cash-flow, working capital, receivables, payables and inventory.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, income-tax and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants and banking partners.
- Strengthen financial controls, SOPs and automation.
- Partner with business, supply chain, marketing and operations teams on financial decisions.




- Lead and manage the finance & accounts team.

Requirements

- 10–12 years of relevant Finance & Accounts experience, preferably in D2C/ecommerce/retail.
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce accounting, marketplace reconciliation, inventory and working capital.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and experience with ERP/accounting systems.
- Robust analytical, commercial and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
