- Drive store sales and achieve monthly revenue and store targets. Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Lead, train, and supervise store staff for high performance
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer relationships
- Demonstrate products and explain features, fit, and safety advantages
- Maintain attractive visual merchandising and in-store displays
