Job Description

Yora Fitness Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage corporate office activities and coordinate with gym branches, clients, and field teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily corporate office operations and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with gym branches, trainers, managers, and other departments.
- Maintain operational reports, Excel sheets, databases, and documentation.
- Track daily activities, pending tasks, and operational targets.
- Handle emails, calls, follow-ups, and internal communications.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, appointments, and task assignments.
- Monitor branch-level issues and follow up for timely resolution.
- Support HR, accounts, sales, and marketing teams with operational activities.
- Maintain records of expenses, invoices, attendance,



and other operational documents as required.
- Coordinate with field executives and collect regular updates from them.
- Assist management in process improvement and business expansion activities.

Candidate Requirements

- Any degree or relevant qualification.
- Basic to valuable knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email, and office software.
- Good communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Experience in operations, administration, or the fitness industry is an advantage.

Job Details

- Work Location: Corporate Office & site visit
- Work Type: Primarily office-based, with occasional field coordination if required.
- Salary: Based on experience and company standards.
