- Calling Students: Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents regarding college admissions.
- Handling Enquiries: Respond to incoming calls and provide accurate information about courses, eligibility criteria, fees, and admission procedures.
- Admission Follow-up: Follow up with interested students and remind them about application deadlines, entrance exams, counselling sessions, and document submission.
- Lead Management: Maintain and update student enquiry details, contact numbers, and follow-up records in Excel or the college CRM system.
- Course Promotion: Explain the perks of the college, available courses, placement opportunities, scholarships, and facilities.
- Student Counselling: Understand students' interests and guide them toward suitable courses.
- Admission Conversion: Encourage interested students to visit the campus, attend counselling sessions, and complete the admission process.
- Record Keeping: Maintain daily call reports and submit enquiry and follow-up updates to the admission department.
- Coordination: Coordinate with the admission team to ensure a smooth admission process.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
