Key Responsibilities

- Expand the company's B2B business network across the assigned region, focusing on Europe and Vietnam travel products.
- Identify, onboard, and develop long-term partnerships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients.
- Promote and sell customized Europe and Vietnam holiday packages to generate business and increase revenue.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective business development strategies.
- Conduct regular market visits to strengthen relationships with travel partners and explore new sales opportunities.
- Organize product presentations, training sessions, and promotional activities highlighting Europe and Vietnam destinations.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, destination highlights, and emerging business opportunities.
- Coordinate with operations, contracting, and reservations teams to ensure smooth booking processes and service delivery.
- Address partner queries, provide destination-related information, and resolve concerns promptly.




- Prepare regular sales reports, track business performance, and share market feedback with management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B travel sales.
- Established network of travel agents and tour operators in the assigned region.
- Good knowledge of Europe and Vietnam destinations, holiday packages, hotels, sightseeing, and travel experiences.
- Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to generate business, develop current partnerships, and achieve sales targets.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
