Industry: Biomass / Renewable Energy / Industrial Projects
Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site activities, civil work, machinery installation and project execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, engineers, consultants and local authorities.
- Monitor project timelines, work quality, safety and resource utilization.
- Update daily progress reports, MIS, site records and PMC digital dashboard.
- Coordinate statutory approvals, documentation and compliance follow-ups.
- Support procurement, material tracking, inspections and project-related logistics.
- Conduct weekly progress reviews and coordinate with the UdyamEdge management team.
- Identify execution bottlenecks and ensure timely reporting and resolution.

Eligibility & Skills

- Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or BBA/MBA with relevant project experience.
- Experience:



0–3 years; freshers with strong coordination and technical understanding may apply.
- Valuable communication, vendor coordination and reporting skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and digital reporting tools.
- Willingness to work full-time at the project site.
- Knowledge of industrial projects or biomass plants will be an advantage.

- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000/month
