Senior Telecaller – Required Skills

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills in Marathi and Hindi.
- Valuable sales, convincing and negotiation skills.
- Experience in outbound calling and lead generation.
- Ability to convert leads into sales and follow up with customers.
- Knowledge of customer handling and objection management.
- Ability to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge, Excel and maintaining call records.
- Experience in team coordination and reporting.
- Confidence, positive attitude and professional behaviour.
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales is preferred.

Preferred Experience: 1–3 years in telecalling or sales.

Job Responsibility: Calling potential customers, promoting RPC Enterprises' home appliance services and washing machine tub cleaning powder, generating leads, closing sales and maintaining customer relationships.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
