About the Role
As a BIM Modeller, you will develop accurate, coordinated BIM models and deliver drawings and documentation for our projects, working closely with project teams in our Trivandrum office.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate 3D BIM models (Architectural / Structural / MEP) as per project requirements Coordinate with project teams to ensure model accuracy and consistency Perform clash detection and support issue resolution Generate drawings, BOQs and other deliverables from BIM models Maintain model standards, templates and documentation
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E.
in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent Proficiency in Revit (Architecture / Structure) is mandatory Good understanding of BIM processes and workflows Basic knowledge of Navisworks is an advantage Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Eagerness to learn and grow with the team
