We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled CAD Designer with a background in Civil Engineering to join our engineering and design team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical proficiency in drafting software and specialized knowledge in sheet metal and structural design layout. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Drafting: Create accurate 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and CATIA based on project specifications.
- Specialized Design: Develop and refine structural and sheet metal layouts ensuring precision and industry compliance.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed engineering designs, blueprints, bills of materials (BOM), and fabrication drawings.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, civil engineers,
and manufacturing teams to resolve design discrepancies and ensure feasible execution.
- Quality Control: Review design drafts for accuracy, adherence to standards, and optimization before production or site implementation.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and CATIA.
- Strong working knowledge of Sheetmetal design and structural drafting.
- Experience: Freshers with relevant technical project exposure or experienced professionals looking for immediate opportunities.
- Attributes: Strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and ability to coordinate effectively with project teams.
