Customer relationship manager

Industry: PPF / Car Surface Protection Services
Experience: 1–3 Years Preferred
Location: Bangalore

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Update customer details, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Convert customer enquiries into appointments and confirmed orders.
- Coordinate car inspections, PPF installations, and service appointments.
- Explain service packages, pricing, quotations, and warranty details.
- Coordinate with customers, the sales team, and installation teams.
- Track payments, completed installations, and warranty cards.
- Maintain daily CRM records and prepare follow-up reports.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Candidates





- Candidates with experience in Car Showrooms, Automobile Dealerships, PPF, Car Accessories, or Automotive Customer Relationship Management are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills are preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM software experience are an advantage.
