Job Summary
Mr Technology is looking for an experienced and responsible Floor Manager to manage and coordinate multiple departments, including Customer Support, Calling & Chat Support, Social Media, and Operations. The ideal candidate should have strong team-handling, communication, problem-solving, and operational management skills, with the ability to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning across departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day activities across customer support, calling, chat support, social media, and operations.
- Lead, monitor, and motivate team members to achieve departmental targets and service standards.
- Ensure timely and professional handling of customer calls, chats, queries, complaints, and escalations.
- Monitor customer interactions and maintain high standards of customer experience and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the social media team to monitor customer queries, comments, messages, and online engagement.
- Oversee operational activities and ensure processes are followed efficiently.
- Track daily team performance, productivity, attendance, and task completion.
- Identify operational issues and take timely corrective actions.
- Handle complex customer complaints and escalations whenever required.
- Coordinate between different departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely resolution of issues.
- Prepare and review daily/weekly performance reports and share key updates with management.
- Train and guide team members on customer handling, communication, processes, and company policies.
- Ensure discipline, proper work allocation, and effective utilization of team resources.




- Suggest improvements in processes to improve productivity, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, customer service, operations, BPO, retail, or related industries will be preferred.
- Experience in team handling or floor management is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of customer service, calling/chat support, social media, and operational processes.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities simultaneously.
- Good leadership and team-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced and target-oriented workplace.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the floor, effectively manage teams across different functions, resolve customer and operational issues, and ensure that the overall workflow runs smoothly and efficiently.
