Compensation: Equity-Based | No Fixed Salary Initially

We are looking for a highly driven Marketing & Sales Co-Founder to join us at an early stage and take ownership of customer acquisition, brand positioning, marketing strategy, and revenue growth.

As a Co-Founder & CGO, you will work closely with the founding team to build and execute the company's growth strategy from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing and customer acquisition strategies.
- Build and strengthen the brand's positioning and presence.
- Lead sales strategy, prospecting, conversion, and partnerships.
- Identify new customer segments and growth opportunities.
- Develop marketing campaigns across digital and relevant offline channels.
- Build sales processes, funnels, and growth systems.
- Track key growth metrics and continuously optimize performance.
- Build and manage future marketing and sales teams.
- Contribute to overall business strategy as a core member of the founding team.

What We're Looking For

- Robust understanding of marketing, sales,



branding, and customer acquisition.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to build from zero.
- Ability to take ownership rather than simply execute assigned tasks.
- Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Data-driven approach to growth and decision-making.
- Previous startup, sales, marketing, or business-building experience is a plus.

Compensation & Partnership
This is an equity-based Co-Founder position with no fixed salary initially. The selected candidate will receive an agreed equity stake based on their contribution, responsibilities, commitment, and long-term involvement in the company.

This is not a conventional employment role. You will be joining as a founding partner, with the opportunity to directly influence the company's growth, strategy, and future.

Pay: From ₹3,172.40 per year
