Job Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, suppliers, and the project team.
- Monitor progress, take site measurements, and maintain daily work reports.
- Plan material requirements and track material usage to reduce wastage.
- Follow site safety procedures and report issues promptly.
- Update management on work progress, delays, and site requirements.

Requirements

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- Site supervision experience preferred.
- Ability to read drawings and manage site execution.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for project and site requirements.
- A valid driving licence is required to use the company-provided bike.
