As a System Administrator for a Non-Banking Financial Company - Microfinance Institution (NBFC-MFI), you manage the frontline engine of your operations: the Loan Origination System (LOS) deployed on mobile tablets.

Your role sits directly between field operations (loan officers) and central IT infrastructure.

Core responsibilities, organized by key functional areas:

Device & Application Management

- Mobile Device Management (MDM): Enforcing security policies, locking down tablets to single-app/Kiosk mode, and tracking devices via GPS.
- App Deployment & Updates: Pushing seamless over-the-air (OTA) updates for the LOS application to prevent field disruptions.

Security, Compliance, and Access

- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Creating and maintaining user profiles for Credit Officers, Branch Managers, and Regional Heads with precise permissions.
- Biometric & KYC Integration:



Maintaining integrations with fingerprint/iris scanners or facial recognition modules for e-KYC and customer authentication.
- Data Security: Ensuring data-at-rest encryption on tablets and data-in-transit security via Secure VPN networks.

Field Operations & Technical Support

- Real-time Troubleshooting: Resolving application crashes, hardware integration issues (e.g., thermal printers, scanners), and login errors for field staff.
- Performance Monitoring: Keeping track of LOS API latency, server uptime, and database performance during peak collection/disbursement hours.
- User Training & Documentation: Writing short, accessible SOPs and training branch staff on new software modules or updates.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
