This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced academic leader capable of providing strategic direction to the institution while maintaining high standards in academics, student development, faculty performance, administration and school culture.

Key Responsibilities

The Principal will provide overall academic and administrative leadership to the school and work closely with the Management to further strengthen institutional standards.

Responsibilities include:

⁠ ⁠Providing academic and strategic leadership to the institution

⁠ ⁠Ensuring effective implementation of CBSE requirements and academic standards

⁠ ⁠Leading, mentoring and evaluating teaching and administrative teams

⁠ ⁠Strengthening academic outcomes and student development

⁠ ⁠Developing and maintaining a positive, disciplined and student-focused school culture

⁠ ⁠Overseeing academic planning, curriculum implementation and faculty development

⁠ ⁠Building strong engagement with students, parents and staff

⁠ ⁠Supporting continuous improvement across academic and administrative functions

⁠ ⁠Working closely with the Management on the institution’s long-term development

Qualifications





Essential

⁠ ⁠Postgraduate degree from a recognised university

⁠ ⁠B.Ed.

⁠ ⁠Minimum 15 years of experience in the education sector

⁠ ⁠Substantial academic leadership and school administration experience

⁠ ⁠Robust understanding of CBSE academic and administrative practices

⁠ ⁠Excellent leadership, communication and people-management capabilities

⁠ ⁠Previous experience as Principal

⁠ ⁠Leadership experience within an established CBSE school

⁠ ⁠Experience in a day and residential/boarding school environment

⁠ ⁠Demonstrated experience in faculty development and institutional growth

Compensation

₹1,00,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month

Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications and leadership profile.
