Key Responsibilities:

- Generate admission enquiries through field visits, community engagement, local networking, and promotional activities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with parents, residential communities, preschools, educational institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct outreach activities to promote the school's educational philosophy, academic programmes, facilities, and admission opportunities.
- Visit nearby towns, villages, residential areas, and commercial establishments to enhance the school's visibility.
- Identify potential admission leads and ensure systematic follow-up to facilitate conversion.
- Coordinate with the Admission Counsellor and school leadership to manage leads and achieve admission targets.
- Represent the school professionally at promotional events, community meetings, exhibitions, and outreach campaigns.
- Support the organisation of admission drives, open houses, parent interaction sessions, and school promotional events.
- Assist in distributing promotional materials and executing local marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of field visits, enquiries, follow-ups, lead status, and conversions.
- Submit regular reports on outreach activities, lead generation, and admission progress.
- Provide timely feedback on local market trends, parent expectations, and competitor activities.
- Ensure professional conduct and uphold the reputation and values of the institution.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university.
- Previous experience in admissions, field sales, marketing, business development, or customer relationship management will be preferred.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Punjabi, Hindi, and English.
- Strong networking, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office, spreadsheets, email, and digital communication tools.
- Willingness to travel locally for outreach activities and field visits.
- A valid two-wheeler driving licence and personal conveyance will be preferred.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, presentable, and comfortable working towards measurable targets.
