We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to manage client communication, follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and employee coordination.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to new and existing clients.
- Follow up with clients regarding enquiries, requirements, orders, and pending responses.
- Schedule appointments and meetings with clients.
- Coordinate with employees regarding daily tasks, appointments, and client updates.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely updates.
- Follow up with potential customers to convert enquiries into business opportunities.
- Maintain client databases, calling records, and follow-up schedules.
- Send appointment reminders and ensure timely communication.
- Handle incoming calls and resolve basic client queries professionally.

Requirements:

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.




- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or CRM software.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
