Inside Sales Executive – IT Services

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive – IT Services to generate leads, connect with potential clients, and convert business opportunities through calls and online communication. The role involves promoting IT solutions such as website development, software development, e-commerce solutions, and digital marketing services to businesses and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities include:

- Contact potential clients through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Identify businesses that require IT solutions, website development, or digital marketing services.
- Understand client requirements and explain suitable service offerings.
- Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and purchase interest.
- Schedule meetings and sales discussions with interested prospects.
- Follow up consistently to move prospects toward conversion.
- Handle initial objections, maintain CRM records, and update lead status.
- Work toward daily outreach targets and monthly sales goals.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales,



telesales, IT sales, or business development preferred.
