Key Responsibilities:
Visit clients and explain our services.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Follow up with potential clients and build business relationships.
Achieve sales targets and identify new opportunities.

Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in business development, field sales, B2B sales, or client acquisition.
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
Robust negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain services clearly and professionally to business customers.
Confidence in approaching new clients and conducting face-to-face meetings.
A target-oriented mindset with the ability to follow up consistently and close sales.




Willingness to travel for client visits within the assigned territory.

Preferred: Candidates with experience selling HRMS, payroll software, recruitment services, staffing solutions, or other B2B services will have an advantage. A valid driving licence is desirable.
