Heights Residency is looking for a polite, responsible, and hardworking Hotel Assistant to support daily hotel operations and ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest enquiries, bookings, and room-related requests.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean, well-maintained, and ready for occupancy.
- Assist guests with luggage and other requirements whenever needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in common areas and assigned workspaces.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest messages professionally.
- Coordinate with the hotel manager and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Report maintenance issues, guest complaints, and other concerns promptly.
- Maintain proper records and follow hotel policies and service standards.
Eligibility and Skills
- Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polite, well-groomed, and customer-friendly attitude.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and computers preferred.
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is an advantage; freshers may also apply.
- Ability to work in shifts and as part of a team.
