Role Overview

We are looking for a hardcore IT Recruiter with solid technical sourcing skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate should be confident in understanding technical requirements, identifying relevant talent, evaluating candidate suitability, and driving positions to closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment, from requirement understanding and sourcing to screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other relevant channels.
- Recruit for technical roles across technologies such as Java, Python, .NET, Full Stack Development, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, QA, and other IT domains.
- Understand job descriptions, technical skill requirements, experience levels, and client expectations before initiating sourcing.
- Conduct initial screening to assess technical relevance, experience, communication skills, current CTC, expected CTC, notice period, and availability.
- Use Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing techniques to identify suitable candidates.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates and ensure timely submission of relevant profiles.
- Follow up consistently with candidates and clients to facilitate interview scheduling, feedback, offer negotiation, and joining.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and daily progress reports.
- Work toward agreed sourcing, submission, interview,



and closure targets while maintaining profile quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies, technical job descriptions, and common technical hiring requirements.
- Practical experience with job portals such as Naukri Resdex and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Ability to screen profiles critically and assess candidate suitability against job requirements.
- Good communication, negotiation, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong ownership, time management, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment trackers, ATS platforms, or Excel/Google Sheets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
