Lydon Keats is hiring a Back Office Sales Executive to fill our furnished rooms in Dubai with new guests. This is a target-based sales role with monthly booking targets and a commission on every closed booking. Fixed salary: Rs 15,000 to Rs 25,000 per month plus commission.

About the role

You will work from our office in Tiruppur and sell our rooms to guests and companies in the UAE by phone, WhatsApp, email and online channels. You will find new leads, follow up quickly, negotiate within our approved price list and close bookings. You will record every enquiry and follow-up in our own software.

Working hours

12:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST (10:30 AM to 7:30 PM UAE time), so you can reach UAE guests and companies during their working day.

Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through LinkedIn, property portals, Facebook groups, WhatsApp and email outreach to UAE companies, recruitment agencies and brokers

- Call and message enquiries, reply within minutes and follow up until the booking closes

- Share room details, prices and availability accurately, using only the approved price list

- Negotiate and close bookings, and hand over confirmed guests to the operations team

- Update every lead, follow-up and outcome in our Leads system daily





- Use AI tools every day to write outreach messages, prepare for calls, summarise conversations and plan follow-ups

- Meet monthly booking and occupancy targets

Requirements

- Strong spoken and written English

- Experience in sales, telesales, inside sales, real estate, hospitality or similar target-based work

- Comfortable with cold calling, handling objections and closing

- Good working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude, and the care to check AI output before sending it

- Quick learner, honest, persistent and well organised

- Willing to work 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST from our Tiruppur office

Preferred

- Hindi along with English

- Basic digital marketing, social media and property listing experience

- Basic understanding of rent, deposits and margins
