We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our building construction sites.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in residential/commercial building construction, labour management, quality control, and site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Manage labour, contractors, and subcontractors at the site.
- Monitor construction quality and ensure proper execution of work.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and labour attendance records.
- Manage construction materials and monitor material consumption.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and management.
- Ensure work is completed within the scheduled timeline.
- Follow construction safety standards and maintain site discipline.
- Supervise structural work, masonry, plastering, and finishing activities.

Requirements:

- Previous hands-on experience in building construction is mandatory.




- Practical knowledge of civil construction and site supervision.
- Ability to manage labour and coordinate site activities independently.
- Knowledge of construction drawings and building materials will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in residential building construction will be preferred.
- Valuable communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
