Key responsibilities

Industrial project sales

- Generate and close turnkey project orders for STP, ETP, WTP, RO, softeners, DM plants, ZLD and recycle systems
- Target industrial customers: pharma, chemicals, food & beverage, textiles, engineering, automobile, packaging and other manufacturing units in MIDC and industrial estates across MMR
- Develop leads through plant visits, consultants, EPC/PMC firms, MEP contractors and existing client references
- Track pollution control board (MPCB) compliance drivers, plant expansions and upgrade needs to create opportunities
- Achieve quarterly and annual order booking targets

Techno-commercial proposals

- Understand the client's process, effluent/water characteristics, flow rates and discharge norms
- Coordinate site surveys, water/effluent analysis and treatability studies with the technical team
- Work with design engineers on process selection, sizing and costing; prepare techno-commercial offers and BOQs
- Present proposals to plant heads,



EHS managers, utility heads and purchase teams; negotiate price, scope and payment terms
- Handle tender documents and pre-bid queries where applicable

AMC and O&M; contracts

- Sell AMC, O&M; and chemical supply contracts for new and existing plants, including third-party installed systems
- Drive renewals and upselling of upgrades, spares and chemicals across the installed base

Order handover, collections and reporting

- Hand over won orders to the execution team with transparent scope, timelines and commercial terms
- Follow up on milestone payments and keep receivables within agreed terms
- Update the CRM daily with visits, enquiries, offers and pipeline status
- Submit weekly reports and a monthly order forecast; share competitor and market intelligence
