Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to manage and supervise construction activities at project sites, ensuring work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project plans.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.
- Check material requirements and coordinate for timely material availability.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager for planning, execution,
and reporting.
- Monitor labour productivity and ensure proper utilization of resources.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Positive knowledge of construction drawings, site execution, and project coordination.
- Ability to manage contractors, labour, and site activities.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office will be an advantage.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with hands-on experience in construction project execution and site supervision will be preferred.
