Role: Supplier Quality Engineer – Ball Valve Inspection

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Experience: 3+ Years Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical Job Description Looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer with experience in Ball Valve inspection and testing at supplier/manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities Inspect Ball Valves and witness hydro, pneumatic, leakage, and functional tests. Inspect castings and verify quality requirements.

Verify MTC, NDT, heat treatment, test, calibration, and other quality documents as per ITP and specifications.

Review drawings/specifications and prepare inspection/NCR reports.

Coordinate with suppliers for quality issues and corrective actions.





Required Skills 3+ years of experience in Quality Inspection / Supplier Quality.

Strong knowledge of Ball Valve testing and casting.

Valuable understanding of drawings, ITP, quality documentation, and applicable standards.

Good communication and supplier coordination skills.

Willingness to work at supplier locations in Vadodara.

Preferred: Experience in valve manufacturing, machining, casting, forging, or mechanical components.
