Sales Executive – Web Services

Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Executive – Web Services to identify potential business clients, generate sales opportunities, and promote website development and related web solutions to businesses looking to establish or improve their online presence.

The role involves B2B prospecting, outbound sales, client outreach, understanding business requirements, presenting web service solutions, and converting prospects into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research businesses that require website development, redesign, or other web-related services
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, Google Maps, business directories, and other prospecting channels
- Connect with Founders, CEOs, Directors, Business Owners, and decision-makers to introduce the company's web services
- Understand client requirements, business objectives, website needs, and existing online presence
- Pitch relevant services, including business websites, e-commerce websites, landing pages, website redesign, and other web solutions offered by the company
- Conduct outbound sales calls, client discussions, follow-ups, and online meetings to generate qualified business opportunities
- Explain service features and advantages, prepare proposals, share quotations, and recommend suitable solutions based on client requirements
- Handle client queries and objections, negotiate commercial terms, and support deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to generate repeat business and referrals
- Maintain accurate lead databases, sales pipelines, follow-up schedules, and client records in CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets
- Achieve assigned targets related to outreach,



qualified leads, client meetings, conversions, and revenue generation
- Coordinate with the web development and design teams to ensure a smooth handover of project requirements after deal closure

Experience
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales, business development, web services sales, IT sales, or B2B client acquisition preferred. Experience selling website development or e-commerce solutions will be an added advantage.
