The Akshaya Academy Campus (TAAC) is looking for a responsible, caring, and disciplined Girls Warden to supervise girl students residing in the hostel. The ideal candidate will ensure student safety, maintain hostel discipline, monitor daily routines, and provide a supportive residential environment that promotes student well-being and academic progress.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise students and ensure their safety and well-being within the hostel premises.
- Monitor daily attendance, roll calls, student movement, and leave permissions.
- Ensure students follow hostel rules, study hours, mealtimes, and bedtime schedules.
- Maintain discipline and encourage good manners, personal hygiene, and responsible behaviour.
- Address student concerns, conflicts, and emotional difficulties with patience and care.
- Maintain hostel registers, attendance records, visitor logs, and incident reports.
- Coordinate with the Principal, Hostel In-charge, parents, security, housekeeping, and other staff.
- Monitor hostel cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance requirements.




- Respond promptly to medical needs and emergencies in accordance with institutional procedures.
- Report safety concerns, behavioural issues, and other significant incidents to the management.
- Ensure compliance with child-protection, safeguarding, and confidentiality policies.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Any degree from a recognized university is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in hostel administration, student supervision, or a similar role is preferred.
- Freshers with suitable qualifications and a strong interest in student welfare may also apply.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and student-management skills.
- Solid sense of responsibility, patience, integrity, and discipline.
- Basic computer knowledge and record-maintenance skills.
- Willingness to work in a residential hostel environment, including night duties and rotational holidays, as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
