Job Summary :

Sri Balaji Nirman is looking for a skilled and dedicated Junior Engineer with 3–6 years of experience in the construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, monitoring construction progress, ensuring quality and safety standards, and coordinating with project teams to ensure timely completion of assigned works.

Key Responsibilities :

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Senior Engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Check measurements, quantities, and materials used at the site.
- Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and safety standards.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and work completion reports.
- Identify and report site issues to the Project Manager and assist in resolving them.




- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Coordinate with the site team to minimize material wastage and avoid delays.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with company standards and project specifications.

Required Qualifications :

- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and engineering drawings.
- Robust site supervision, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned site activities.
- Good communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Candidates :

- Candidates with experience in building construction and civil engineering projects.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
- Candidates willing to work at project sites as per company requirements.
