Job Description – CRE (Customer Relationship Executive)

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer calls, queries, feedback, and complaints.
- Conduct customer satisfaction calls and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Sales and Service teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain customer databases and CRM records.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates can apply. Automobile dealership experience preferred.

Job Description – SMR (Service Marketing Representative)

Responsibilities:

- Call customers for service reminders and follow-ups.
- Generate service appointments and coordinate with the Service team.
- Follow up with customers for pending and overdue services.




- Inform customers about service offers and campaigns.
- Maintain calling records and achieve monthly targets.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates can apply. Automobile dealership experience preferred.

Preferred Skills: Good communication, telephone etiquette, customer-handling skills, and basic computer knowledge.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
