Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-oriented and sales-driven Customer Service Executive – Membership Sales to handle customer queries, assist with membership sales, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, membership sales, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Explain membership plans, perks, pricing, and services to customers.
- Generate membership sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into memberships.
- Assist existing members with their concerns, requests, and feedback.
- Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the CRM.
- Build positive customer relationships to improve satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Requirements:





- Minimum 1 year of experience in membership sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple customer queries.

Work Details:

- Experience: Minimum 1 year
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Week Off: Rotational
- Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
