We are looking for an energetic and guest-oriented Front Office Assistant to join our team at a premier 4-star hotel in Kochi. You will be the primary point of contact for our guests, delivering exceptional customer service from check-in through check-out, managing reservations, and ensuring an efficient front desk operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional attitude and manage the check-in/check-out process efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, room bookings, telephone calls, and emails in a timely and courteous manner.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest rooms are ready and up to hotel standards.
- Manage guest bills, process payments accurately, and maintain front desk logbooks/records.
- Resolve guest complaints or requests promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management (or related field).
- Experience: Prior experience in the front office/reception department of a reputed hotel or restaurant is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Skilled appearance and positive attitude.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)
