Position: Personal Driver – Managing Director

Job Responsibilities

- Drive the Managing Director safely and comfortably on a daily basis.
- Pick up and drop the MD from his residence as per the required schedule.
- Take the MD to any of our 7 units/properties as instructed.
- Travel between units whenever required for official work and support.
- Be available for outstation travel with the MD when required.
- Pick up and drop off the MD for meetings, business appointments, and other official activities.
- Transport documents, materials, or other items between our units whenever required.
- Support unit-to-unit transportation and other company-related travel needs.
- Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Check fuel, basic vehicle condition, and report any vehicle issues immediately.
- Follow traffic rules and maintain secure driving practices.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding the MD's personal and business matters.
- Be punctual, disciplined, polite, and professional at all times.
- Be flexible with working hours depending on the MD's schedule.




- Perform other driving-related duties assigned by the MD or management.

Candidate Requirements

- Valid Driving Licence with a good driving record.
- Previous experience as a Personal Driver / Company Driver / Executive Driver preferred.
- Good knowledge of Madurai city roads and nearby areas.
- Willingness to travel outstation when required.
- Good communication and respectful behaviour.
- Must be punctual, responsible, trustworthy, and well-mannered.
- Should be comfortable with flexible working hours.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is preferred.

Preferred Candidate

- 2–5 years of driving experience preferred.
- Experience working with a business owner, MD, CEO, or senior management will be an advantage.
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
