Key Responsibilities

- Manage and create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Write attractive captions, catchy hooks, post descriptions, and scripts for Reels and short videos.
- Come up with creative post ideas based on current trends and audience interests.
- Schedule and publish posts regularly to maintain an active social media presence.
- Research relevant hashtags, keywords, and trending topics to improve content reach.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to create quality social media content.
- Maintain the content calendar and ensure timely posting across platforms.
- Monitor likes, comments, shares, reach, and engagement to understand how content performs.




- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral Reels, and new content formats.
- Suggest creative ways to improve audience engagement and grow social media accounts.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Interest in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and engagement strategies.
- Creative thinking, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work as part of a team.
