HR Manager – Manufacturing Industry

Job Description:

M&M; Hirelynk is hiring an experienced HR Manager for a manufacturing unit specializing in AL Engine Powered DG Sets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end HR operations and manpower planning.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Coordinate payroll, attendance, and leave management.
- Ensure labour law compliance, PF, ESI, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Manage HR policies, performance appraisals, and employee grievances.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and coordinate with plant management.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field; MBA HR preferred.
- 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of payroll, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Valuable communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
