Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller / Sales Executive to join our Sales & Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their construction requirements, following up with leads, scheduling site/client meetings, and converting leads into confirmed projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to leads generated through Meta Ads, website, referrals, and other marketing channels.
- Understand customer requirements related to house construction, renovation, interiors, and related services.
- Explain company services, construction process, packages, and project offerings to potential customers.
- Qualify leads based on location, plot availability, construction requirement, budget, and project timeline.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule appointments, site visits, and meetings with customers.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager, Architect, and Project Team for customer requirements.
- Update all lead details, call status, follow-ups, and meeting information in the CRM/lead management system.
- Prepare and share basic information, quotations, brochures, and company details with interested customers.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients and maintain professional communication.
- Follow up with existing leads until the final decision or project closure.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.




- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate referrals from existing customers.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 6 months–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, business development, or customer handling.
- Experience in construction, real estate, interiors, or related industries will be an advantage.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally in English and Kannada. Hindi is an added advantage.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and CRM systems.
- Strong follow-up skills and a result-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

- Number of calls made per day.
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Lead-to-meeting conversion.
- Site visits/meetings scheduled.
- Follow-up completion rate.
- Lead-to-project conversion.
- Monthly sales target achievement.
