Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, handle customer queries, and ensure smooth communication throughout elevator installation and handover processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, concerns, and service coordination.
- Coordinate with Sales, Project, Installation, Service, and Technical teams to resolve client requirements.
- Follow up with clients regarding project progress, installation status, inspections, and handover schedules.
- Visit project sites to coordinate with clients and company teams.
- Coordinate elevator handover activities, documentation, and customer communication.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, follow-ups, and resolutions.
- Conduct post-handover follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.




- Prepare customer reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Coordinate with builders, contractors, architects, homeowners, and other stakeholders.
- Support customer satisfaction and long-term client relationship management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience in CRM, client relationship management, or customer coordination.
- Experience in handling customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
- Solid communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with different departments.
- Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Language Requirements

- Tamil – Fluent
- English – Valuable communication
- Hindi – Must-have; good communication skills required.

- Building Materials

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
