We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused, and results-oriented Showroom Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our luxury furniture showroom. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing showroom operations, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, supervising the sales team, and maintaining the premium presentation standards expected of a luxury furniture brand.

The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury furniture, interior design, or premium lifestyle products.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Good understanding of sales targets, revenue generation, and performance monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, order processing, and retail operations.
- Professional appearance, customer-focused attitude, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage high-value customer enquiries and deliver personalized service.
- Good organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, spreadsheets, and sales or inventory management software.

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and customer-oriented professional who can independently manage showroom operations, lead the sales team, build strong customer relationships, and drive business growth while maintaining the brand's premium image and service standards.

Preference: Candidates with experience in luxury furniture showrooms, high-end interior products, customized furniture sales, or premium retail brands.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
