Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for our mould manufacturing operations. The candidate should have experience in purchasing engineering materials, machine components, tools, consumables, and other production-related requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle procurement of raw materials, steel, aluminium, standard mould components, machine parts, tools, and consumables.
- Identify and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate rates, and finalize purchase orders.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Stores, Quality, and Accounts departments.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials as per production requirements.
- Follow up with vendors regarding pending orders, quality issues, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain purchase orders, vendor records, quotations, and procurement reports.
- Monitor inventory requirements and coordinate with Stores to avoid stock-outs.




- Verify supplier invoices and coordinate with Accounts for payment processing.
- Maintain cost-effective purchasing practices without compromising quality.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in Commerce, Engineering, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in mould manufacturing, tool rooms, or engineering industries.
- Knowledge of engineering materials, mould components, and industrial consumables will be an advantage.
- Good negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/software systems.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

A responsible, organized, and result-oriented qualified who can ensure timely procurement, maintain supplier relationships, and support uninterrupted production.
