Key Responsibilities

- Carry out site surveys and setting-out activities using Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/DGPS and other surveying instruments.
- Establish and maintain benchmarks, control points, reference points, grid lines and coordinates.
- Set out foundations, columns, structural elements, equipment foundations, roads, drainage, utilities and other civil works.
- Transfer coordinates, levels and dimensions from approved engineering drawings to the site.
- Check alignment, elevation, coordinates, dimensions and verticality of executed works.
- Conduct topographical, level and as-built surveys as required.
- Read and interpret civil, structural and architectural drawings for accurate site execution.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, QA/QC and Planning teams for survey requirements.
- Identify discrepancies between approved drawings and actual site conditions and report them to the concerned engineer.
- Prepare and maintain survey reports, field books, measurement records, coordinate sheets and as-built records.
- Provide survey data and measurements required for quantity verification and project progress.
- Download,



transfer and maintain survey data from Total Station and other instruments.
- Ensure surveying equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
- Support the preparation of final as-built documentation for project handover.
- Ensure all survey activities comply with project specifications, quality requirements and HSE procedures.

Qualification

- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying or related discipline.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in EPC, construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong hands-on experience in Total Station operations.
- Working knowledge of Auto Level and GPS/DGPS.
- Good knowledge of coordinates, benchmarks, levels, alignment and setting-out procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Basic to valuable working knowledge of AutoCAD and survey data processing.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
