The Workshop Supervisor will be responsible for supervising day-to-day workshop operations, ensuring timely and quality completion of vehicle repairs and servicing, managing technicians, and maintaining customer satisfaction and workshop productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of workshop technicians.
- Allocate repair and service jobs to technicians based on skill and workload.
- Monitor the progress of vehicles and ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure that all repair and servicing work follows company and manufacturer standards.
- Inspect completed jobs and ensure proper quality before vehicle delivery.
- Diagnose and assist technicians in resolving technical issues.
- Monitor technician productivity, efficiency, and job completion.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of workshop tools and equipment.




- Coordinate with Service Advisors regarding job status, additional repairs, and delivery timelines.
- Handle technical complaints and support resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain workshop discipline, cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping.
- Ensure proper handling of customer vehicles and prevent damage during service.
- Monitor repeat repairs and take corrective action to reduce rework.
- Train and guide technicians on technical procedures and service standards.
- Ensure proper documentation and updating of job cards.
- Support the Service Manager in achieving workshop targets and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
