We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Manager to handle inbound and outbound travel leads, convert inquiries into bookings, and deliver excellent customer service for domestic and international tour packages.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming travel inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective sales pitching
Design and suggest customized travel itineraries (India & International)
Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
Coordinate with operations team for bookings and confirmations
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
Maintain CRM updates and client records
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in travel sales (preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of domestic and international destinations
