Madhav Agro Foods is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operation Head – Production to manage production operations, food safety, quality systems, and statutory compliance.

Job Details

- Preferred Qualification. B.E. / B.Sc. in Food Technology or M.E. / M.Sc. in Food Technology or a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience
- Salary: ₹45,000–₹50,000 per month
- Languages: English, Hindi, and Gujarati

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and execute production activities efficiently.
- Oversee food safety, quality assurance, and quality management systems.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and customer requirements.
- Manage internal audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
- Handle production deviations, investigate root causes, and implement preventive measures.
- Supervise, train, and develop production teams.
- Conduct product and process validation.
- Ensure the quality and safety of suppliers and raw materials.
- Maintain accurate QA documentation, production records, and reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments.
- Drive continuous improvement, risk management, production yield,



and wastage control.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes and production management.
- Positive understanding of statutory compliance related to GPCB, CGWA, Food & Drugs regulations, and Legal Metrology (Weights & Measures).
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, GMP, and quality standards.
- production planning, yield improvement, material utilization, and wastage reduction.
- Awareness of machinery operations, workplace safety, and PPE requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
