Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and customer-focused Tele Sales Executive to join our travel sales team. The candidate will handle customer enquiries, understand travel requirements, recommend suitable holiday packages, and convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend incoming calls and handle customer enquiries professionally.
- Understand customers’ travel plans, budgets, preferences, and requirements.
- Qualify leads and recommend suitable holiday packages.
- Handle WhatsApp enquiries and communicate with prospective customers.
- Prepare and share travel proposals, quotations, and package details.




- Follow up regularly on enquiries and pending bookings.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead details, follow-up records, and customer information in the CRM/system.
- Build positive customer relationships and provide a professional customer experience.
- Be available to work on Sundays when required; compensatory off will be provided.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO, call center, telesales, telecalling, or customer handling.
- Any graduate qualification.
- Valuable command of English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.
- Strong follow-up, customer handling, and lead management skills.
- Positive attitude and a target-oriented sales mindset.
- Experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality will be an added advantage.
