ZedSoftTech Software Solutions Private Limited is a growing software solutions company based in Kottakkal, Kerala. We are looking for an energetic and communication-driven Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to join our team.

Role Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, connecting with clients, explaining our service offerings, addressing inquiries, and maintaining professional customer records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.

- Communicate clearly regarding company products, services, or internship programs.

- Answer client queries, resolve basic issues, and guide them appropriately.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and follow-up schedules in the system.





- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to improve outreach results.

Requirements:

- Solid verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Malayalam (knowledge of additional local languages is a plus).

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with tools like MS Office or Google Workspace.

- Self-motivated, target-conscious, and positive team player.
