Mangalam Ceramics is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Marketing & Sales Executive to generate business for our Tiles, Sanitaryware and Bath Fittings showroom in Lucknow.

The candidate will be responsible for field marketing, lead generation, customer acquisition and sales through contractors, builders, architects, interior designers, plumbers, construction sites and direct customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, architects, interior designers and plumbers.
- Visit construction sites and potential customers to identify new projects.
- Promote products and generate showroom visits and enquiries.
- Share catalogues, quotations and product information with customers.
- Follow up on leads, enquiries and quotations to convert them into sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-generation targets.




- Maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Candidate Profile

The candidate should have good communication, networking and relationship-building skills, along with a proactive and sales-oriented approach. The candidate must be comfortable with regular field work and meeting new customers.

Experience in tiles, sanitaryware, bath fittings, construction materials, interiors or building products will be preferred.

A two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an advantage.

Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000/month + Performance IncentivesLocation: Sector-2A, Vrindavan Yojana, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
