Job Summary

Junoxen Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Website Developer & SEO Specialist who can develop, maintain, and optimize business websites while improving their visibility on search engines. The candidate should have practical experience with WordPress, technical SEO, website performance, and organic search optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development

- Develop, update, and maintain WordPress websites.
- Customize themes, plugins, layouts, landing pages, and website sections.
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, responsive, and user-friendly.
- Troubleshoot website errors, broken links, plugin conflicts, and publishing issues.
- Improve website loading speed and overall performance.
- Create and optimize contact forms, enquiry forms, and landing pages.
- Maintain website backups, security, and updates.
- Coordinate website changes based on client requirements.

Search Engine Optimization

- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Implement on-page SEO, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, and image optimization.
- Perform technical SEO audits and resolve crawling, indexing, redirect, and 404 issues.
- Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, and structured data where appropriate.




- Monitor organic traffic, keyword performance, and indexing through Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Develop and implement ethical link-building strategies.
- Optimize local SEO and Google Business Profiles where required.
- Apply content optimization strategies for SEO, AEO, and GEO.
- Prepare website audit reports and track SEO improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Practical experience with WordPress and website management.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Understanding of technical SEO and on-page optimization.
- Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, or SE Ranking.
- Knowledge of website speed optimization, security, backups, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to diagnose technical issues rather than relying only on plugins.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience developing websites for multiple clients.
- Knowledge of PHP, databases, hosting, DNS, and website migrations.
- Experience with schema markup, conversion optimization, and SEO reporting.
