Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, documentation, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employee onboarding, joining formalities, and exit documentation.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Support employee engagement activities, celebrations and Rewards & Recognition initiatives.
- Help prepare HR letters, reports, policies and other HR documents.
- Coordinate with employees and departments for routine HR-related requirements.





Eligibility Criteria

- Pursuing or recently completed a B'Com, BA or BBA, or a relevant degree.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Prior internship experience in HR or recruitment will be an added advantage.

- HR documentation, attendance, and HRMS processes.

We are looking for someone who is organised, dependable, approachable, and comfortable communicating with people across different levels of the organisation. A proactive attitude, confidentiality, and a willingness to take initiative are essential.
